Our story begins in Italy.
Many years ago, Junior (our owner) was stationed in Italy. His island demeanor had charmed a prominent Italian family soooo much that they pulled him aside and gave him something he would never forget - their secret family limoncello recipe.
It was a moment that forever changed the history of beach gatherings on a small island chain halfway around the world. But at this point in our story, no one knows that yet. So let's just skip to the next thrilling chapter where something unexpected happened...
The secret Hawaii laboratory.
Junior took this secret recipe into his undercover laboratory on Oahu and did something that no one had ever done before - he created a world-class limoncello using fresh Hawaiian fruits and lemons. Hawaii is a mecca for juicy lemons and unique flavors such as calamasi that locals remember from their childhood.
What was even more intriguing is that Junior also found a way to infuse pure aloha into his creation. It's still a mystery to the scientific community, but anyone who has been in Hawaii long enough knows it can be done.
